Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including all items such as tags, stickers etc. attached)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as gift cards and coupons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the “Return Form” you received in the package (filled in).
There are certain situations where we cannot accept your return:
Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition or/and package, damaged item or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded (via store credit), unfortunately sale items are not included.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will tell you where to send your item. We do not offer exchanges in sizes or styles. if you wish to change the size or the style of your item you can return it and use your refund to purchase a new one.

Please fill in and attache the “Return Form” to the delivery.
We will process your return within 1-5 business days once received
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
